These Terms of Service govern use of the DegiScaler LLC website and the digital products described on our pricing pages. By purchasing, you agree to this general framework.
Use of website
You agree to use this site lawfully and without attempting to disrupt its operation. Content is provided for information about DegiScaler LLC; copying or scraping without permission is not allowed.
Digital products
DegiScaler LLC sells pre-made downloadable digital products (such as PDF guides, worksheets, templates, checklists, Notion resources, spreadsheets, and ZIP bundles) as described on each product page. Delivery is electronic—typically via secure digital access and/or email—after checkout completes. Products are self-service resources; they are not individualized professional services and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. DigiScaler does not provide consulting, done-for-you services, custom implementation, managed services, agency services, strategy calls, or manual reviews. DigiScaler does not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, conversion rates, traffic, or other business outcomes.

Payment & pricing
Published prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payment is required before digital delivery. Third-party payment providers handle card data; their terms also apply.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact details, safeguard download links, and use purchased materials lawfully. Misuse, redistribution contrary to license terms, or fraudulent purchases may lead to suspended access.
Product scope
Each listing describes included files and tiers. Higher tiers stack additional downloads as stated. Purchases do not include custom work, consulting, or any service delivery.
Intellectual property
Digital products are licensed for your internal business use as described at purchase. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing may be restricted—follow the usage terms included with each bundle.
Digital delivery
Products are deemed delivered when downloadable files or access links are made available as described. No physical shipping is provided. Refunds, where applicable, follow the Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DegiScaler LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability relating to a given purchase is limited to fees paid for that product unless a law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued purchases after updates means you accept the revised version for new orders.
