DegiScaler LLC sells pre-made downloadable digital resources only. This page explains how digital delivery works after a successful purchase.
All products are digital downloads
Every product sold by DegiScaler LLC is a pre-made downloadable digital resource. No physical products are sold or shipped. Product types may include PDFs, worksheets, templates, checklists, planners, Notion resources, Google Sheets resources, and ZIP bundles.
No physical shipping
DegiScaler LLC does not ship physical products. There is no physical delivery, no tracking number, and no shipping fee. All fulfillment is electronic.
How access is delivered
Access to your purchased digital files is delivered electronically after a successful checkout. Download links or access instructions are shown on the confirmation or thank-you page immediately after payment is completed. Email access may also be provided when applicable, depending on the product and email deliverability.
Files included
Depending on the product purchased, your download may include one or more of the following file types: PDF guides, worksheets, templates, checklists, planners, Notion workspace resources, Google Sheets resources, and ZIP bundle archives.
Saving your files
Please save your files securely after downloading. DegiScaler LLC is not responsible for lost access due to device failure, expired links, or failure to save downloaded files. If you need assistance with re-access, contact product support.
If you cannot access your files
If you cannot access your files after a successful payment, please contact support@degiscaler.com with your order details (name, email address used at checkout, and product purchased). Our support team will assist you within the typical response window.
Support response time
Typical product support response time is 24–48 business hours. Support is available by email at support@degiscaler.com.
No consulting or custom services
DegiScaler LLC does not provide consulting, done-for-you services, custom implementation, managed services, agency services, strategy calls, manual reviews, or any form of personalized service delivery. All products are self-service downloadable resources.
