Refund policy

DegiScaler LLC sells professional live digital consultations and related services. This policy explains refund expectations in everyday language. Refunds are handled according to this policy and applicable law.

Digital consultations

Consultations are professional services delivered through a live call, with a written email recap after the call as described in your package. Once a session is completed or applicable written recap/deliverables are provided, fees for that milestone are typically earned and not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. DegiScaler does not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, conversion rates, or specific business outcomes.

Eligibility before work starts

If no session has occurred and no deliverable was shared, email support@degiscaler.com promptly with your purchase details. We review good-faith requests individually; approval is never guaranteed beyond what the law mandates.

Custom build work

Custom design or development scopes involve tailored execution. After tangible customized work begins, refunds are generally unavailable because labor and tooling costs are incurred. Eligibility before work starts is assessed in line with this policy.

No refunds for processor decisions

Disagreement with a payment company's decision—even after our readiness help—is not treated as defective delivery of DegiScaler services.
