Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are handled transparently and based on the type of service ordered.

This policy is provided for transparency. The English version should be reviewed as the primary business version before production use.

One-time services

Audits, fixes, and similar one-time services are non-refundable once work has started. If work has not started and required information has not been used, a refund may be considered upon written request.

Monthly care plans

Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; completed billing periods are non-refundable unless required by law or approved in writing.

How to cancel

Send a cancellation request from the email used at purchase to support. We will confirm the cancellation in writing.

Disputes

If you have a billing or service concern, contact support before opening a payment dispute. We aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
