DegiScaler LLC delivers services digitally. There is no physical shipping.

This policy is provided for transparency. The English version should be reviewed as the primary business version before production use.

Delivery method

Delivery may occur by email, PDF report, support ticket communication, website updates, or a written completion summary, depending on the service.

Delivery timelines

Website audit: 3 business days after required information is received. Small website fix: timeline confirmed before payment. Monthly care: ongoing monthly service after start date. Ecommerce health check: 3–5 business days after required information is received.

Client requirements

You should provide your website URL, authorized access when needed, and a clear issue description. Delays may occur if information is incomplete.

Delays

Timelines may be affected by missing access, unclear scope, third-party platform issues, hosting outages, DNS issues, or client-side delays.

Delivery confirmation

Services are considered delivered when we provide the written report, summary, or agreed deliverable described in your order.
